22 | BUSINESS TRAINING WHEELS Ongoing staff training in real estate businesses can have significant effects on morale and performance. T he customer is always right, or so the adage goes, but perhaps it’s time for a change. While the customer may be king, it’s really the employees who wear the crown. Keeping employees happy should be a no-brainer, as they’re generally the ones running the business and tend to be its external face.
